DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes. We welcome bulk custom inquiries from brands, retailers, events and groups worldwide, including the United States. Delivery availability and the appropriate shipping arrangement are confirmed for your destination during quotation.
IS RETAIL SHIPPING ALSO AVAILABLE WORLDWIDE?
No. Our retail business currently ships within the United States only. International inquiries on this page are for bulk custom projects, with separate pricing, delivery arrangements and terms.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
The minimum is 100 units per design. Each design must meet this minimum; quantities cannot be pooled across different designs. Tell us the number of designs and the quantity required for each one. This service is not single-piece personalization.
WHICH PRODUCT SERIES CAN I CUSTOMIZE?

CAN I USE MY OWN ARTWORK AND LOGO?
You can submit your own artwork, logo or reference direction for review. Please ensure you have the necessary rights or permission. We confirm suitability, specifications and the proposed design before production is agreed.
CAN I REQUEST A SAMPLE BEFORE PRODUCTION?
Please include your sample requirements in the inquiry. Sample availability, format, cost and timing are reviewed for your project and confirmed before you proceed. The images on this page are not a substitute for an agreed production sample.
HOW ARE PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY TIMES CONFIRMED?
Production and transit are separate parts of the timeline. Both depend on the approved design, materials, quantity, packaging and destination. Share the date you need to receive the order so we can assess feasibility; no delivery date is guaranteed until agreed.
ARE SHIPPING COSTS AND IMPORT CHARGES INCLUDED?
Your custom quote will state what is included, the proposed shipping arrangement, and responsibility for any import duties or taxes. Do not assume international freight or import charges are included. U.S. retail shipping offers do not automatically apply to custom projects.
WHAT INFORMATION SHOULD I SEND?
Include your organization, preferred series, artwork reference, number of designs, quantity per design, destination country and city, postal code if applicable, and required delivery date. Describe any packaging, branding, tool or instruction requirements in Project Details.

CAN YOU PLAN KITS FOR SCHOOLS OR YOUNGER GROUPS?
Tell us the participants' ages, supervision arrangements and intended use. Small craft pieces are not suitable for very young children. Materials, instructions and age suitability must be reviewed for the specific project.
